We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage various human resource functions including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, onboarding, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will support daily HR activities and help create a positive work environment while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation such as contracts, attendance, and leave records.
- Assist in payroll processing and coordinate with the finance team.
- Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Support performance management processes including appraisals and feedback tracking.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Organize employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS related to hiring, attrition, and attendance.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with HRMS or ATS systems.
- Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA / PGDM in HR (preferred).
